Each stone is chosen for the quality of its colour, form, and resonance rather than visual perfection. They are used in meditation placed along the body in Shavasana, arranged on an altar as a visible map of the subtle body, or held individually during focused breathwork. Both a beginning practice companion and a lifelong reference — the stones accumulate the quality of the intentions set with them over years of use.
