What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our correspondence form or WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. We do not collect payment information — The Right Energy does not process online transactions in v1.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to send you a confirmation that your message has been received. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly request them.
Where it is stored
Enquiry data is stored in a secure database hosted by Turso (LibSQL). Email delivery is handled by Resend. Both services are subject to their own privacy policies. We retain enquiry data for a maximum of two years, after which it is permanently deleted.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics in its current version. No data is shared with advertising platforms.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@therightenergy.in. We will respond within seven working days.
